Update - City Tournament to Begin Monday May 12, 2025
The City Tournament is a tradition that Hattiesburg Youth Baseball has had for many years. I will send out information concerning the tournament to coaches later this week. The Brackets for all age groups have been posted below. City Tournament will begin on Monday May 12, 2025.

City Tournament Championships are set for Thursday night !
Please keep in touch with your Head Coach concerning updates for the City Tournament. We have cancelled the Pitch, Hit & Run event and will try and re-schedule it soon.
Fields # 1-5 are currently OPEN .
Practice Fields 6-9 are OPEN
Batting cages will be OPEN
Remember that pitching screens need to be placed in batting cages and not left out on the fields.
If you can see the imprint of your shoe in the infield dirt....It's too wet to practice.
Coaches: Remember to turn off lights if you are the last to leave fields.

Baseball has always been a national pastime in America. Hattiesburg Youth Baseball gives the kids of the Pine Belt a safe, fun atmosphere to learn and develop. We are an affiliate with Diamond Youth Baseball and now this year....Diamond Youth Softball did not have enough interest; we did not have enough players register to play for Softball.

Diamond Youth Softball did not make in 2024 or 2025 but we have plans to try and try to build upon this and possibly build this program from the younger ages upward. Stay tuned for more to come on Diamond Youth Softball !
Opening Day March 28, 2026
Opening Day will be on March 28th, 2026. All teams will be playing on this day. Opening Ceremonies will start at 10:00am. Games will start at 11:00am. Players will need to be at the ballpark no later than 9:40am in order to line up with their team for our Opening Ceremonies.
